So There are a TON of resources for recipes and I have written about them before (Food- Don't over complicate it) and I will put links to some of them here as well (go to the bottom). But this is where I will post some of my "Concoctions".
Remember I am not a chef, just a guy who isn't afraid to try different mixes. Some work and some don't, but isn't that how a recipe is born anyways?
Oh ya one more thing, many of mine do not have precise measurements. That just means you can add as much or as lil as you want.
Recipe is pretty simple, no rules really just a bunch of organic fresh veggies.
Lightly toss with grape seed oil, I sprinkle some gluten free BBQ dry rub on the veggies and toss again.
Bake 350 for about 1.5 hours stirring halfway.
This one has cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, 2 sweet potatoes, celery, baby carrots, yellow squash, an apple, and 2 cloves of garlic.

- 1 head of cabbage
- *Sweet peppers (colorful ones)
- *2 Onions
- 4 Celery stalks
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Garlic bulb (I like garlic)
- 2 Apples (I used green today)
- Cilantro
- Peppercorns (wrapped in a paper towel)

- 1 medium baked Sweet Potato
- 2 tsp of Chia seeds
- 3 eggs
- season to taste, I add cinnamon & nutmeg
- Blend all ingredients in a blender (I use my Ninja single serve cup)
